Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policies and Fees Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For first time clients, we suggest coming 30 minutes early of your scheduled appointment, so there is enough time to do proper consultation. If you have booked a service that proves to be inappropriate for your skin condition, we can change the service with another service of the same amount of time as the first booked. For clients who have already undergone the initial consultation, we recommend you come 15 minutes before your booked service. If you have not arrived 15 minutes prior or on time of your schedule, and arrive late, we will still accommodate you but we will have to make use of the remaining time of your booking if there is another client booked following you. However if you arrive late for more than 15 minutes and we have a walk in client, we will no longer accommodate you on that time and reschedule your booking. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a reservation fee to guarantee a reservation, the fee will be deducted to the cost of the treatment availed. You will not be billed with cancellation fee unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
